ANLG: Prince Adebayo Ayorinde Lays Foundation of Modern Health Centre, at Ikija-Ilugun

The Executive Chairman, Abeokuta North Local Government of Ogun State, Hon. (Prince) Adebayo Ayorinde has assured all the people in the Council Area of more dividends of democracy before the expiration of his tenure.

He reiterated this pledge on Wednesday 25th May, 2022, during a turn of the Sod for blocks of Ultra- Modern Health Care Centre, consisting of a Waiting Room; Male/Female Wards; Doctor’s Consulting Room; Labour Room and Pharmacy Room at Ikija- Ilugun Community in Egba Oke – Ona, Ward 2, of the Local Government Area.

Prince Ayorinde, appreciated the unwavering support and assistance of Ogun State Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR. Stressing that, his administration will always be grateful to the number one citizen of the State for holding the third tier of government in high esteem.

He therefore, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Okedeyi family, for their cooperation and understanding for donating the land for the construction.

He stressed further that, the construction of the Health Centre, if completed would avail the people and all inhabitants of the Area the opportunity to enjoy the dividends of democracy through health care delivery.

In his response, the Chairman, Ikija – Ilugun Community Development Association, (CDA), Mr. Lukumon Feyisetan, appreciated the giant stride and the efforts of Prince Ayorinde led administration since inception, while he also pledged the support of the CDA to work hand in hand for the success of the Local Government.

The event was witnessed by the Supervisor for Works and Housing, Hon. Kabiru Ayoola; Ag. Head of Local Government Administration, Alhaja Nurat Shekoni; Director of Primary Health Care Department, Dr. Afonja Oladipo; Head of General Services and Administration, Barrister Abiodun Edun; Head of Works and Housing, Engr. Saheed Junaid;

Others are: Head of Finance and Supply, Mr Ayinla Sulaimon; Head of Information, Education and Sports, Mrs. Olalekan Olasunkanmi; Head of Planning, Budget, Research and Statistics, Mr. Babatunde Oguntoyinbo; Head of Community Development, Mrs Adekunle Ronke; Party faithfuls, Community Leaders amongst others.
