ASLG: Holga Olaleye Charges Staffers For Quality Service Delivery, Frowns At Lateness To Work

The newly posted Abeokuta South Local Government’s Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA), Mr. Rufus Olaleye, has instructed the members of staff to prioritize quality service and shun lateness.

This directive was given during a meeting with the staffers of the Local Government at Olusegun Taiwo’s Multipurpose Hall, on Monday, 11th of November, 2024 at the Council Secretariat, Ake.

Mr. Olaleye thanked the staff for the warm reception received upon his assumption as the new HOLGA but emphasized his intolerance for those who do not demonstrate strong work ethics.

He emphasized the importance of punctuality and attendance, promising a suitable work environment and necessary resources for effective service delivery.

He also requested for the full cooperation and assistance towards the increase of the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).

In his response, the Chairman, Nigeria Union of Local Government Employee (NULGE) Abeokuta South Local Government Branch, Comrade Olusola Omidiji appreciated the HOLGA as well as other Directors and Heads of Departments. He pledged the unflinching support of the staffers to the new administrator.

Present at the meeting were the newly posted Director of General Services and Administration, Mr. Folarin Adesina; Director of Finance and Supplies, Mr. Tajudeen Adesoye; other Directors, Heads of Departments, the newly posted Internal Auditor, Mrs. Muinat Ogunbona and Clerk of the House, Mr. Lukman Popoola.
