Delano Commends Breathe With Ease Health Foundation, For Donating Free Inhalers To Asthmatic Patients in Ifo LG

The Executive Chairman, Ifo Local Government, Hon. Chief (Mrs.) Kikelomo Aridunnu Delano has commended the Breathe With Ease Health Foundation for giving out free inhalers to some Asthmatic patients in the Council Area, at the Local Government Secretariat, on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024.

In her welcome remark, she appreciated the foundation for the effort towards improving the health and well-being of asthmatic patients in lfo council area.

The Council Chairman, Hon. Kikelomo Delano urged the beneficiaries to use the inhaler appropriately and effectively.

While speaking at the programme themed “Safe a Life and Tell a Friend to Safe another”, the representative of the foundation, Engineer Babatunde Henry, provided the vital details on the causes of asthma, the symptoms and ways to prevent the disease.

He advised that, people should desists from staying in a polluted environment and enlightened them on ways to keep their vicinities pollution free.

He also stressed the need to ensure that the environment is well kept and taken care of, to avoid victims getting attacked. Inhalers were thereafter distributed to all the participants present at the event.

In attendance were the Vice Chairman, Hon. Ibrahim Adebesin; Head of Local Government Administration, Miss Adeniji Olufunke; Director of Community and Social Development Department, Mr. Idowu Jonathan; Director of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Mrs. Akingbasote Kemi.

Others included, Engineer Ibrahim Taiwo, Mrs. Ogedengbe, Zonal CDC, Com. Ajibola Adetoyinbo, Leader of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ifo Chapter; Mrs. Ajibode, the National Women  Council;  National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ifo Chapter and Mr Dawodu PRO of the Association.
