Eid-el-Kabir : Ewekoro Council Boss, Hon. Adesina Felicitates Muslim Faithfuls, Charges them to Celebrate Moderately

As the festive excitement is the air, Muslim faithfuls in Ewekoro local government and Nigeria have been charged to celebrate eid-el-kabir with moderation in the face of economic challenges being experienced all over the globe.
This charge was given by the Executive Chairman of Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State, Hon Adesina Sikiru Adisa in his Salah message to the people of the council area.
“I am urging you to celebrate the eid-el-kabir with moderation, being mindful of of the economic implications, most especially at this crucial period of economy doldrum. Don’t be carried away by the euphoria of the Salah celebration”, the Chairman said.
Hon Adesina, also reiterated the lessons of eid -el- Kabir that would continue to guide people in the display of the virtues of their faith, trust in Allah, humility in total submission to the will of Allah as exhibited by prophet Ibrahim and his son, Ismail.
The council boss, advised muslim faithful to use the occasion to pray fervently for the country, most especially that the new administration is on board, with a renewed hope that Nigeria will once again attained greatness.
He enjoined Nigerians to demonstrate genuine sacrifices to ensure the nation return to her glorious days as demonstrated by Ismail with obedience to divine laws and to the commands of those charged with authority.
The council’s helmsman, warned motorists to adhere strictly to all traffic rules and regulations during and after the salah celebration to avoid any ugly incidence that could affect the joy of celebration.
“Maintain safe speed and avoid night travels, note that it is the living that celebrates”, the chairman cautioned.
Hon Adesina, then prayed that Allah’s blessings shall light up the path and lead into happiness, peace and success of all and sundry.
