FRSC Crash Report: Two dead due to excessive speed on  Lagos-Ibadan Expressway

The crash occurred at about 10.55 am on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway around
Conoil, involving three male adults.

A release signed by the FRSC Superintendent Route Commander, Florence Okpe stated that two of the people involved, were killed in the crash while the third person was unhurt.

The crash involved an Honda Pilot with registration number ABJ178CE and a Motorcycle (Bajaj Boxer) with registration number AAA213QM.

She said the suspected cause of the crash was excessive speed, which led to loss of control, as the Honda Pilot driver hit and killed the motorcycle rider and his passenger.

The dead bodies of the crash victims had been deposited at IDERA Mortuary, Sagamu.

The Sector Commander, FRSC Ogun Sector Command cautioned motorists on speed violation and also commiserated with the family of the crash victims and enjoined them to contact FRSC SAGAMU for more information about the crash.
