Gateway Games 2024:Team Ogun Clinches Men’s Football Gold Medal

Ogun State yesterday clinched the Men’s Football gold medal of the 22nd National Sports Festival following an impressive 4-1 thrashing of their Kwara State’s counterparts in front of their home fans at the MKO Sports Arena in Kuto, Abeokuta.

Team Ogun were encouraged by the support from the home fans, they races to a 3-1 lead at half time and added a fourth goal towards the end of the exciting gold medal match.

The host team secured victory with the gold medal while Kwara State took home the silver medal.
