Gov. Abiodun Set to Distribute Transformers to Communities in Ado-Odo/Ota LG Area

His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR, led Administration is to distribute, install and energized transformers to identified communities in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area.

This was made known to the public by the Honorable Commissioner for Community Development and Cooperative, Hon. Abayomi Hunye, during his official meeting with stakeholders of the Community Development Association (CDA’s) in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area, as part of his inspection tour of all Council Areas in the State.

The Commissioner praised the Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR, for keeping to his promises at making sure Ogun Communities are well illuminated for the benefits of the masses. He said that, His Excellency, governor Abiodun, differ from some people that will make plenty promises but will never fulfill them.

He urged the Committee Development Association (CDA’s) to make their needs known to the government for support where and when necessary. He informed them of His Excellency’s plan to give reasonable grant to Community Development Association soonest.

He further urged them to continue to support the administration of the Governor so as to actualize a better Ogun State. He concluded by adding that a good term deserves another.

While welcoming the Hon. Commissioner, the Executive Chairman, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Engr. Sheriff Adewale Musa, lauded the initiative of the Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR, at making life easier for the people of Ogun State, he also thanked the Commissioner for taking his time to visit the Council area which also doubled as his home. He advised the community leaders to use the opportunity of the visit to express their needs so as to get a favourably solution.

The Council Boss stated that the Community Development Associations in the Council Area, remained the best in not only Ogun State but the nation as a whole. He added that the Community Associations have been Cooperative and supportive to his administration and the government at the State. He also sought for the unalloyed support toward the second term bid of His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun , MFR.

The Permanent Secretary in the ministry Mr. Fatai Ogunlana in his remarks stated that better days are here for communities across the state, as there are good relationship between the Community Development Associations (CDA’s) and the state government.

The Zonal Chairman for Ado-Odo/Ota Community Development Council, Chief Taofeek Aminu, appreciated the state government and the ministry for bringing development to communities in the council area, pledging the continues support of the communities in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government to the government at all levels.
