HON MAJEKODUNMI EXPRESSES DISPLEASURE AS HE VISITED ITOKU SHOPPING COMPLEX, OTHERS

The Executive chairman, Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon Omolaja Ayodele Majekodunmi (H.O.A.M) and his team members has visited the on-going projects at Itoku, Sapon, Oke-Ilewo and Olorombo respectively.

The Council  Boss maintained that, the visit was necessary in order to ascertain where the last Administration stopped so as to know where to start since government is continuous.

Hon Majekodunmi, expressed  his displeasure over the sub-standard materials used by the contractors handling the construction of the New Shopping Complex at Salon.

While in Itoku shopping complex, he complained about the building structure of not in good shape- no provision for windows and toilets, hence, asked the contractors in charge of the building to stop work until further notice,so as to find a better way of handling the projects.

 

Meanwhile, the Council Boss has  also visited Sapon shopping complex and made a good commendation on the building and the contractor handling it, asking the contractor to see him for further discussion.

 

Similarly, the Council helmsman visited Tarmac at Oke-Ilewo and promised to build a modern shopping complex that befits the area and advised all the business oriented people in the area to have another branch at Asero garage which will serve the people living in Obantoko-Osiele axis.

 

In the same vein, the Council Boss also inspected the abandoned project at the former Abeokuta South East LCDA and promised that all the abandoned projects by the last administration will be completed by his administration.

The Leader of the House, Hon Adenekan Kazeem Agboola;
Deputy Leader, Hon Ismail Soyoye;
Majority Leader, Hon Seyi Sodiya Oladayo;
Chief Whip, Hon Gafar Olasupo Idowu
and all other Councillors.
