Ifo LG. Boss, Delano, Embarks on Another Phase of Road Rehabilitation

As part of her promise to rehabilitate all urban and rural roads in the Local Government Area for easy transportation of goods and services, the Hon. Chief (Mrs.) Kikelomo Delano led administration in Ifo Local Government of Ogun State has commenced the grading of some deplorable roads across the eleven wards of the Council Area.

It could be recalled that Hon. Delano promised to rehabilitate all the access roads in the Local Government Area, as part of her electioneering campaigns.

The graded locations are Oke Ajayi Road, Itesiwaju CDA Road, Community Road, Egan, Antenna and Fadunsin-Arepo Road all in Ward Eight of the Local Government where the grading commenced.

The Council boss reiterated that she will never leave any stone unturned in putting smiles on the faces of the residents of the Local Government Area in terms of accessibility to motorable roads.

She also assured the people that, the Local Government grader will get to all the political wards of the Council area in a short while.

Hon. Delano however, implored the residents to pay their taxes, levies, rates and other charges to the coffers of the Local Government in order to enjoy more dividend of democracy.

She equally solicited the support of all and sundry by voting for the current administration in the State during the forthcoming general election. This, according to her, will ensure that the mission to rebuild our future continues.

In their separate reactions to the ongoing road grading, Pastor Jeremiah Oke, Comrade Kazeem Olaegbe and Mr. Akinbiyi Akinsanya commended the Hon. Delano led administration for a job well done.

Meanwhile, the Local Government site engineer, Engr. Ibrahim Taiwo promised to ensure good quality job that will last the test of time.
