Ifo LG. Budget Retreat: Delano Emphasizes on Improved I.G.R.

The Executive Chairman of Ifo Local Government, Hon. Chief (Mrs) Kikelomo Aridunnu Delano, has reiterated the need to improve on the Local Government Internally Generated Revenue (I.G.R.) in order to accomplish her administration mission of spreading the dividends of democracy to the nooks and crannies of the Council Area.

Hon. Delano made this assertion, on 27th of January 2022, during the 2022 proposed budget estimate retreat of Three billion, six hundred and forty -seven million, seven hundred and thirty thousand, three hundred and seventy one naira, forty eight kobo. (#36467,730,371.48k).


She urged all the entire staff to always work assiduously in ensuring that all the available resources are channelled towards improving the revenue drive of the Local Government.

While speaking at the event, the Head of Local Government Adminisration, HOLGA, Mrs Taiwo Akintomide, called for the concerted efforts of both Political functionaries and the entire Staff for the successful implementation and excellent realisation of the year 2022 proposed Budget.

At the Year 2022 budget retreat all  Directors and Heads of Departments were on ground to strongly and professionally defend and justify the funds appropriated for various departmental votes in the budget estimate.
