Ifo LG. Holds Christmas Carol, End of the Year Thanksgiving in Grand Style

Ifo Local Government under the leadership of the Executive Chairman, Hon. Chief (Mrs.) Kikelomo Aridunnu Delano in it’s usual manner was agog yesterday Thursday, 15th December, 2022 as staff and members of the public celebrated year 2022 Christmas Carol and end of the year Thanksgiving Service in grand style at the Christian Fellowship Solution Chapel at the Council’s Secretariat.
The Council Boss, Hon. Kikelomo Delano, who was full of joy expressed her appreciation and thanks to Almighty God for making it possible for everyone to witness year 2022 Christmas Carol Service.
She prayed fervently for the guests in attendance, as well as the entire members of staff of the Local Government, to live long in other to celebrate more of the birth of Jesus Christ in the land of the living.
She also read the ninth lesson after a number of dignitaries had taken their turns to read other lessons of the day.
The invited Minister of God, Pastor Oyeleye Daniel in his sermon during the service tagged, “Showers of Blessings” admonished that, only God in His infinite mercy is the source of blessings and He bless whoever He pleases.
He enjoined everyone to love his or her neighbours unconditionally, stressing that is the only way relative peace, and tranquility currently enjoyed in our community can last long.
He also solicited for support towards the completion of the Council’s Christian Chapel “as this singular act is one of the criteria that attracts God’s blessings” he said.
The Local Government Ifo LG. Holds Christmas Carol, End of the Year Thanksgiving in Grand Style electrified and added more glamour to the atmosphere with the presentation of series of carol songs to the admirations of the gathering.
The event had in attendance, the Vice Chairman, Hon. Dapo Adebesin; representative of the Leader, Legislative House, Hon. Olanrewaju Adeleye; Secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Kusimo Olalekan Idris; Supervisor for Special Duties, Hon. Ojo Abibat; Head of the Local Government Administration, Mr. Akinyemi Adeyanju; Directors of various Department, invited guests and members of Staff of the Local Government amongst others.
