Ijebu East LG New HOLGA, Alhaji K. T Ashiru Harps On Staff Discipline

The newly posted Head of Local Government Administration, HOLGA, Alhaji K.T Ashiru has issued a stern warning to entire members of Staff of Ijebu East local government on absenteeism and punctuality .

He gave the warning while holding a meeting with all Staff on Tuesday 7th of September, 2021 at the  Council Secretariat Conference room.

Alhaji Ashiru expressed disappointment on the turn out of the meeting despite excuse from Medical department on their current program.

The HOLGA then gave directive that each department must have movement and attendance register which must be signed regularly.

He hinted that the management of the Local Government Service Commission may come unexpected and it is incumbent on all to be at their duty post at all time.A

Alhaji Ashiru stressed that, members of Staff undergoing different courses without LGSC approval, should do the needful and that letter of conversation must be received before moving to their requested departments.

He cautioned against casual and informal dressing, and requested for teamwork among Staffs and finally stated that Staff auditing will be conducted soon.
