IOLG BOSS FLAGS OFF THE COVID-19 VACCINATION EXERCISE AT OKE AJE MARKET

The Executive Chairman, Ijebu-Ode Local government, Hon Babatunde Emilola Gazal has again displayed his unflinching commitment to the welfare of the indigene of the Council Area, by flagging off the COVID-19 VACCINATION exercise amongst the Market traders at Oke Aje Market on Monday, January 24, 2022.

In his Welcome speech, the Chairman expressed his gratitude to Governor Dapo Abiodun, for being prompt and responsive to the yearnings and feelings of the people especially the indigene and resident of ijebu-ode.

Hon. Gazal also appreciated the Baba oloja and Iya oloja of Oke-Aje Market, for encouraging the market men and women to come out in their large numbers to be vaccinated.

He  also commended their efforts towards their cooperation with the medical staff of the local government and urged them to make sure they visit any health centre close to them for their next vaccine.

He however, promised to always give them  necessary support, anytime they called on him.

The event was attended by;  Director of Medical and Health Department, Dr Fayomi;  Leader of the house, Hon (Ogbeni) Adeshola Saula Ogundare and Head of information, Education and Sports Department, Mrs OsunderuTaiwo
