League of Muslim School Proprietors Eulogies Ogunsola on Qualitative Education

The Ogun state League of Muslim school Proprietors, Obafemi- Owode Local government chapter has commended the executive chairman of obafemi owode local government, Ambassador, Hon Ogunsola Adesina for his efforts in the development of educational sector in the Council Area.

The Association Chairman, Hon Giwa Abdul- Waheed made the commendation at the local government secretariat, on Monday 14th February, 2022 during a courtesy visit to the Council chairman.

He noted that the achievements and the political will of the Council chairman in the area of education has been tremendous, citing the provision of exercise books for pupils as part of the activities marking the 100 days in office of Ambassador Hon. Adesina Ogunsola led administration.

He however pledged that the association will continue to support and partner with the local government on the need to improve the educational standards of the children at any time they are called upon.

Meanwhile, in his response, the Council Chairman, Hon Ogunsola, appreciated the association for deeming it fit to paying courtesy visit at this crucial time, adding that moral and values are almost gone in our schools which is supposed to be a foundation for better tomorrow.

Ambassador Ogunsola also decried that, various daily news circulating on social media concerning barbaric acts going on among students is on called for while soliciting for the supports of teachers and parents in order to give their children moral training

He then charged the association to give proper orientation to teachers on the need to keep an eye on every child in their care and never to cover up any illicit act noticed amongst them.

Ambassador Ogunsola also encouraged them to insist on instilling good manners into the children as they remain the only hope of Nigeria’s future.

He finally appealed to the association to always pay their dues to the coffers of government as at when due as this is the only way dividend of democracy can get to all and sundry while pledging that government will continue to support the association at all times.
