MAJEKODUNMI PROMISES GOOD GOVERNANCE, INSPECTS HEALTH CENTERS IN ASLG

Executive Chairman of Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon Omolaja Ayodele Majekodunmi (JP) has promised the dwellers within the Area, good governance as well as dividends of democracy inspite of challenges and limited resources.

Hon. Majekodunmi said this at Olanukan Street, Abule Oloni Lantoro Abeokuta while inspecting a local government health center.

He pledged that the Council would do all that is necessary within available resources to provide better facilities as well as Clinical attention .

The Baale of Abule Oloni, Alhaji Sofoluwe Lateef expressed his appreciation and that of the Community to the Council boss for striving to better the life of the people and assured the support of the community anytime health facility projects are brought to the area.

The Mid Octogenarian restated that the good character of the Executive Chairman is reflected in his good gestures , striving to ensure the local government wear a new look and described the Chairman as an achiever who wants a better life for his people.

In the same vein, Chief Sunday Sowunmi the Ogun State APC Financial Secretary who also doubles as a member of the Ogun State Advisory Council, pleaded with the Chairman not to renege on his electoral promises but ensure that the dividends of democracy gets to the people.

The Council Chairman who had on his inspection team, the Head of local government administration, Mr Segun Ogunjobi;  DGSA; Engineer  amongst others also inspected the Health center at Oke Egunya, promised that urgent repairs will be done on the building to prevent collapse.
