MILESTONE: OGUNSOLA BEGINS MASSIVE REHABILITATION OF ROADS

The Executive Chairman, Obafemi-Owode Local Government, Ambassador Ogunsola Adesina Lanre has continued another massive rehabilitation of roads which cut across all zones in the Local Government Area.

Ambassador Ogunsola began the ongoing amenity in the local government in December 2021, believed that, providing this would help to provide comfort and cushion the situational transportation of the farm products and the motorists in the region.

He further stated that despite the current financial challenges we are desirous to fulfill our campaign promises made, we shall ensure that dividends of democracy is brought to the doorsteps of the people living in the local government area. The Council Boss added that, the on-going rehabilitation would involved some deplorable roads in the local government area.

According to him, “I am working with other cabinet member to work on some deplorable roads as you know that our local government has the largest landscape compared to other local goverments in Nigeria”.

“I want to let you know that your pains are my pains and I will ensure that succour and dividends of democracy gets to you “Ambassador Ogunsola stated.

Another part of the communities that witnessed the ongoing rehabilitation were: Abule Ototo,Odofin Laderin Town and Oke – Mosan in Egbeda ward Others were:Igbo Lisabi, Lupona, lagesin, Booje, Moroco, Abata, Ayiwere, Ogboloko, Gbege, Itori, Lufoko, and Efuye in Oba ward with Bisodun road, in ofada ward, all in Obafemi-Owode Local Government.

Ambassador Ogunsola pleaded with the dwellers in the Council Area, to support the present Administration by paying their levies, while pledging, that other wards will be considered soon.
