National Women Council Decorates Odogbolu LG Chairperson as Patroness

The National Women Council, Odogbolu Local Government chapter has decorated the Wife of the Chairman, Odogbolu Local Government Mrs Eniola Ladejobi as Patroness.

The event which took place at the Conference Hall of the local government, also witness the decoration of the Vice Chairman, Hon (Mrs) Iretiolu Adenugba; the Head of Local Government Administration, (HOLGA), Mrs Bolanle Oshin and the Director of community and Social Welfare department, Mrs Fashola Shade as members of National Women Council, Odogbolu Local Government chapter.

The Executive Chairman, Hon shuaib Adebayo Ladejobi, in his welcome address appreciated the Women Council for thier support and kind gesture and emphasizes the role of women in the society as a great one that could not be taken for granted.

The Chairperson of National Women Council, in Odogbolu Local Government Mrs Ogunba A.O, in her address also appreciated the Council Chairman and his wife. She further  explained the functions and roles of National women Council.

The First lady of the local government, Mrs Eniola Ladejobi in her acceptance speech thanked the women Council for deeming it fit to recognized and decorated her with such position.

She stated that, she felt highly honoured and promised to live up to expectations. She also encouraged the National Women Council to continue to support the administration of Hon. Shuaib Adebayo Ladejobi.

Also present at the event are; the  Heads of Departments, State representative of the National Women Council amongst others.
