Obafemi/Owode LG: Ogunsola Continues Grading Of Roads, Assures More Landmark Projects

As part of proactive measures in complementing the giant strides of His Excellency, Prince Dr.Dapo Abiodun, CON, in building road networks across local governments in Ogun State, the Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Ogunsola Adesina Lanre, FCPA, has continued another phase of grading of roads, in continuation of the grading exercise which began late last year as part of his efforts in ameliorating the suffering of the road users in the council area.

Ambassador Ogunsola, disclosed this in his office through the Director of Information, Prince Segun Soneye, that the communities that are presently undergoing gradings includes, kajola, oropa, oloje, wasinmi, kuti, ita agbo osun and lerin village and others. While some areas like Onidundu, Asipa, Oba, kobape and many others should be expecting the Council before rain falls.

He further stressed that construction and drilling of boreholes at Gbalesun, Kajola, Erinle and Amusan village will commence soon.

Meanwhile, the second phase of grading of roads that began late last year has covered area, such as Agbopa phase 1, Agbopa phase 2, Harmony estate, Laderin, Ori osoko after railway terminal, Oya village, and Abule nla village respectively.

The Council Boss enjoined all and sundry to continue providing required supports, most especially in paying their taxes, dues and levies to the coffers of the local government.
