ODEDA LG: Be Committed to Duty- HOLGA Adeniji, Charges Staff

The Head of Local Government Administration, Odeda Local Government, Ms Olufunke Adeniji has charged the members of Staff of the Council Area to be committed to their duties.
Ms Adeniji gave the charge at her maiden meeting with the staff of the Local Government held on Monday 6th December, 2021 at the Council Secretariat in Odeda.
The HOLGA who remarked that the meeting though long overdue was timely, enjoined the Workers to be more committed to their duties by avoiding lateness and absenteeism. She also tasked them to dress decently and appropriately to the office.
She equally tasked the staff to be more committed to the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) drive of the Council so that the management can deliver more dividends of democracy to the people as well as Staff welfare.
She however sought the cooperation and mutual working relationship from the staff.
In his response, the Council Branch Chairman, Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Comrade Adekunle Sholanke, pledged the support of the entire workforce to the success of the present administration.
In attendance at the meeting were Directors of various Departments, Heads of Units, Senior Career Officers and the entire Staff.
