Odogbolu LG Agog as Yetunde Metilelu Bows Out of Active Service in Grand Style

Odogbolu Local Government Secretariat went agog on Wednesday, 18th January 2023 as the Head of department of Education, Information and Sports, Mrs. Yetunde Fatima Metilelu bows out of active service, having attained the statutory age of retirement.

The Council Boss, Hon. Shuaib Adebayo Ladejobi, eulogized the virtues of the retired Head of department and prayed for success in her future endeavours.

Earlier in her speech, the Council’s Head of local government administration, Mrs Bola Oshin Commended the retiree on her punctuality among other virtues, she prayed for safe landing for all and sundry.

The Ogun state local government service commission made a surprise presence at the event, as the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Olufowobi led other Directors in the Commission to Grace the Event.

Highlights of the Event was the cultural display of the kegites Club international of which the retiree is a matron of the Club.

Testimonies of good virtues, standard working ethics, punctuality and uprightness are showered from friends, families, Club members and co-workers.

The event which was graced by cream de la cream of the society, amongst who are king’s, high chiefs, retired Heads of Local Government Administration (HOLGA)s and other eminent personalities.
