Odogbolu LG Area: Federal Road Safety Corps Commends Council Boss, Seeks Further Collaboration

The Federal Road Safety Corps, Odogbolu command has commended the Executive Chairman of Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun State, Hon. Ladejobi Shuaib Adebayo, for his support to the Corps.
The Chief Route Commander, CRC S. Okloho, gave the commendation, during a courtesy visit to the council helmsman at his office, recently.
He said the visit is to familiarize with the Local Government Chairman and to seek further collaboration, as a newly posted officer to Odogbolu Command.
He also appreciated the Chairman for the support he gave to the Corps in the past and the provision of office accommodation, amongst other assistance.
In his response, Ladejobi welcomed the Commander and his team, and also wished him the very best, as he reassured him of his continued support to the Corps.
He expressed his concern about road accidents on the Odogbolu Local Government axis of the Sagamu-Benin express road, and requested for efforts to put palliative measures in place to curb the trend, as he comes on board.
He stressed further that his administration has a plan to install Road Signs and Solar Lights to ease traffic, as well as illuminate some parts of the expressway.
This according to the council boss will be achieved through partnership with transportation companies among other private stakeholders.
He also affirmed that the Corps had been responsive at every point of call and that he commends and appreciated them for that.
Other members of the team on the visit were RC. Onibokuta Ayomide; ARC. B. F Akinogbe; RMAI V. O. Abeiya; and DRC Owonikoko, the Station Officer, Odogbolu.
Joining the Chairman to receive the visitors were the Vice Chairman, Mrs. Iretiolu Adenugba; Secretary to the Local Government, Mr. Olamide Fasola; Head of Local Government Administration, Mrs. Bola Oshin, members of the Executive Council and the Management team.
