Odogbolu LG. Chairman Swears-in SLG, other Political Appointees

The Executive Chairman of Odogbolu Local Government, Hon Shuaib Adebayo Ladejobi sworn- in Secretary to the local Government, Supervisors, Special Advisers and Consultants after the recent screening by the Legislative Arm of the local government.
The event which took place at the Local government Secretariat, Odogbolu was amidst funfair.
The Executive Chairman in his welcome address, expressed confidence in the qualities of the appointees and urges them to use thier acquired skills for the development of Odogbolu local government.
While congratulating them, he also reminded them of the challenges ahead, as thier appointment is a call to service. He urged them to work with this administration to build the future of the Council together, which is the mantra of His Excellency Governor Dapo Abiodun.
He also seized the opportunity to reel out some of the Administrations achievements which includes; grading of roads, rehabilitation of health center, fumigation of local government primary school, Odogbolu, amongst other projects.
He implored the good people of Odogbolu to join hands with the Government by paying thier levies, rates and other dutiful payment to the coffers of the Council.
Also speaking at the event, the GBEGANDE of OSOSA, HRH Oba ‘Toye Alatise who also advised the appointees to put in thier best in ensuring that they leave thier foot prints in the sands of time.
Responding on behalf of the appointees, the newly appointed Secretary to the local government, thanked the Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun; the local Government Chairman, Hon Shuaib Adebayo Ladejobi and Party Leaders for giving them the opportunity to serve the people, promised on behalf of all other appointees that, they will live up to expectations by God’s Grace.
The event which was graced by important dignitaries among whom are; Hon. Femi Ogunbanwo, Ogun State Commissioner for Special duties;; Otunba. (Barr.) Moses Adewale Osinubi, CEO Wesco Lotto; HRH Oba ‘Toye Alatise the GBEGANDE of OSOSA ijebu; former Local Government Chairmen of Odogbolu Local Government; Councillors, Career Officers amongst other dignitaries.
