Ogun NUJ to Honour New Paramount FM GM at Monthly Congress

The Ogun State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) will today, Thursday, at 4pm, host and honour the newly appointed General Manager of Paramount FM, Abeokuta, Mrs Oluremi Olugbenro-Abi, during its monthly congress at the Iwe Iroyin Press Centre, Abeokuta.

The event is designed to formally honour the new GM, while also recognizing her contributions to the broadcasting industry and her commitment to strengthening professionalism in journalism.

Members of the Union across all chapels in the state are expected to be in attendance.

According to the NUJ leadership, the recognition of Mrs Olugbenro-Abi reflected the Council’s tradition of celebrating excellence and fostering stronger ties within the media community.

The Union expressed confidence that her tenure will further reposition Paramount FM for greater service delivery to the people of Ogun State and beyond.
