Ogunsola sets to bag, winner of best local government in infrastructural development

Ambassador (Hon.) Ogunsola Adesina Lanre, Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government under the impactful administration of the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR, is to be awarded the Best Local Government Award on Rural Roads and Infrastructures, in Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria.
Ambassador Ogunsola Adesina Lanre was recently nominated as one of the 10 Best Chairmen amongst 774 Local Government Chairmen in Nigeria, having executed over 28 viable projects within one year in office, despite limited resources.
Some of the projects executed by Ogunsola administration, included grading of over 55 kilometers rural roads in 10 wards of communities, namely, Eleworo village, mokoloki ward 1; Adesan road Ofada ward 2; Asu village Moloko Asipa, ward 5 and Afojupanla village, Onidundu, ward 6.
Other projects executed so far are: Jagunna village Egbeda, ward 8; Idi Osan village Kajola, ward 9; Asore village, Obafemi, ward 10; Ogbengbe village Ajebo, ward 11; Ladijo village Alapako Oni, ward 12 amongst others.
The Local Government Merit Award, organized by Mentors Communications limited, Abuja, comes up on Thursday 27th October 2022, at the main auditorium, National Merit Award House, Maitama, Abuja.
While responding to the Award, Hon. Ogunsola enjoined all the good people of Obafemi-Owode local government to continue to support his administration by prompt payment of their taxes and dues which will enable him to distribute more dividend of democracy.
