RANGNICKS ERA BEGINS WITH A VICTORY FOR MAN. UNITED

The Red Devils playing with hunger for goals that was lacking in their previous matches were beautiful to watch under the new interim manager, Ralf Rangnicks .

The United were relentlessly in their push for goal with Alex Tellex, Bruno Fernandes , ageless Cristiano Ronaldo but Patrick Vieira’s side weathered the storm.

The 1st half ended without either side registering any goal though not without efforts from the two sides, Fred, Fernandes, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jordan Sancho, Rashford were torn in the flesh of CRYSTAL PALACE. Diogo Dalot wasted a chance to open scoring on the stroke of half time.

The goal to herald the reign of Ralf Rangnicks as the interim manager came in the 77th minute through Fred from a pass from Mason Greenwood to send the United fans into a frenzy.

Earlier, Jordan Ayew missed a golden chance to put Palace in front from a close range.

The victory has propelled the United’s bid to secure a champion’s league spot. The Red Devils are up to sixth position, three points behind fourth placed West Ham.
