
Red Devils Dismiss Foxes as Marcus Rashford Scores Brace

The Foxes were battered by the rejuvenated Manchester United by three goals to nothing at Old Trafford to move within five points of the top of English Premier League.
Leicester City dominated proceedings in the 1st half but David De Gea stood between the Foxes and the goal. In the 8th minute, United stopper, made a brilliant save , with Harvey Barnes on one- on-one after quick interchange of passes with Kelechi Iheanacho.
It was the turn of Iheanacho to try his luck against David De Gea who once again denied him of goal.
The Foxes continued to pile up pressure until 25th minute when the rave of the moment, Marcus Rashford found the bottom left corner for the opener.
The 2nd half resumed with United trying to stamp their authority in the game. No sooner, Marcus Rashford was on song when he fired the ball home through the legs of Danny Ward, after receiving a pass from the left side to register the second goal. Though celebration was temporarily delayed until VAR CHECK approved the goal for the eruptive celebration at Old Trafford. So far, Marcus has scored 24 goals in all competitions this season.
Jadon Sancho who came into the fray as substitute registered his name on scores sheet in the 61st minute, after playing one-two touches with Bruno Fernandez to put the ball beyond the reach of Danny Ward to give United a convincing victory.
