SAGAMU LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOSS, HON JUBRIL ODULATE CALLS FOR BETTER DEVELOPMENT.

The Executive Chairman Sagamu Local Government, Hon Jubril Afolabi Odulate held a maiden meeting with the entire Staff of the Local Government on Wednesday, 25th August, 2021 at the secretariat to seek for the improvement and betterment of the Local Government Area.

In his welcome address, he gave honour to God Almighty for making the meeting possible and he appreciated the Staff for coming out in large number and likewise for their unflinching support and love shown within the short period he assumed office as the Executive Chairman.

Hon.Jubril Afolabi Odulate implored staffs to cooperate with him in providing all needed technical assistance that would help his administration to meet its goals, “because Sagamu Local Government must move from Change to Next level” he said .

The Council Boss further analyzed reasons and importance of improving the internally generated revenue for betterment of the people at the grassroot and the need for joint cooperation between the Career and Political functionaries without  which, the goals and agenda of his administration will not be achieved. He also promised to respond quickly to the Staff pressing request.

The Head of Local Government (HOLGA) Mr Segun Ogunjobi thanked and appreciated the Executive Chairman for the facelift in ensuring neatness of the Secretariat, he assured him of Staff commitment and dedication in the discharge of their duties diligently.

The Caretaker Chairman Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Comrade Yinka Akeusola gave kudos to the New Council  Chairman  for having the Staff at heart and he pleaded for a quick response to the Staff requests in order to motivate them to work effectively in their various duty post
