SECURITY: AYORINDE COMMENDS ADATAN ROYAL AREA POLICE COMMAND

The Executive Chairman of Abeokuta North Local Government, Hon.(Prince) Ayorinde has commended the Area Commander, ACP Uduak Otu-Ita of Adatan Royal Area Police command, for the protection of lives and properties within the jurisdiction of the command.

The commendation was given when the local government boss played host to the Area Commander and her entourage at the local government secretariat, Akomoje.

Prince Ayorinde emphasized that the Local Government would not relent in its efforts to form a synergy with the Area Command of the police force.

The Council boss stated that the unalloyed support given to the security agency will never be stopped because it has created a safe and calm environment for the residents of the Local Government.

The Head of Local Government Administration, Mr. Babatunde Owolabi in his words, while welcoming the guests eulogized the virtues of the Commander for the good work she has been doing in the Area Command and further solicited for more of her efforts in ensuring protection of lives and properties of  the residents.

The Chairman of the Police Community Relations Community, PCRC, of  Adatan Royal Area Command of the police force Hon. Akinlabi Taiwo, expressed the efforts of the committee in working hand in hand with the Area Command in ensuring peace and security of lives and properties in various communities across the Area.

He further, stressed the need for the citizens  to cooperate with the security agency in ensuring the laid down purposes of the synergy.

The Area Commander, ACP Uduak Otu-Ita, while responding, stated that, she would do all in her capacity to ensure adequate peace and calming that is already existing in the command.

 

She further promised to address pressing issues in the maintenance of law and order in the command.

The ACP requested that the local government should join hands with the police force in promoting peace and security in the Local Government Area and also to ensure a more stable security network.

She appreciated the Divisional Police Officers within the Command for their tireless efforts and excellent performance.

The Divisional Police Officers included: DPO Adatan – SP. Salau Abiodun;
DPO Obantoko – SP. Ignatus Alimeke;
DPO Enugada -SP. Henry Olowooyo and
DPO Bode Olude – DSP Olurotimi Durojaye.
