To Avoid delisting from Ogun Business Opportunities, Register Now – OGBPP says to Business Organizations

Ogun State Bureau of Public Procurement, OGBPP, has called on Corporate agencies, Organizations, Service Providers, SMEs, and Consultants that have been doing or intend to do business with Ogun State Government – Ministries, Departments and Agencies, MDAs, Public Institutions, Parastatals and Local Governments, have been encouraged to register with the Bureau with immediate effect.
According to a press release signed by the Bureau’s Head of Media and Publicity, Mr Tunde Aregbesola, the directives were given by the Director General, of the Bureau, Dr Adesina Olanloye, consequent upon the provision of the Ogun State Public Procurement (Amendment) Law, 2021.
Dr Adesina Olanloye maintained that, failure to comply with the Law will result in the delisting, barring, and removal of such corporate entities and individuals from continuing to do or carry out any form of business or render services to any public institutions or MDAs in the State.
